The Young Adult Ministry (YAM) seeks to integrate young adults from ages 19-40 years old into this group. Ministries are created to encourage members to commit themselves to living the Orthodox faith daily through worship, witness, service and fellowship. There are many opportunities to gain leadership skills, bond with one another, serve our community and build each other up in Christ’s Holy Church.
If you are interested in becoming involved, please contact Fr Meletios Zafaran at meletioszafaran@yahoo.com
We meet every Thursday at 7pm at the church.

In one of our meetings and fellowship, we chose St. Elian (Julian) of Homs as our patron saint because his life shows what it looks like to live faith in a real and fearless way.
He used his gifts as a doctor to serve people freely and with love, not for status or money. Even more, he stayed faithful to Christ even when it cost him everything. In the middle of persecution, betrayal, and suffering, he still chose to care for others and witness to his faith.
For our young adult group, he’s a reminder that faith isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we live out in how we treat people, how we handle pressure, and how we stay rooted in Christ when life gets hard!
